Shrimp Spagheti Presto ( Spagheti Udang Presto )


Material :

  • 250 g spaghetti, cooked until tender
  • 2 tomato fruit, discard the contents, cut into small dice
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 plum fruit, discard the contents, chopped
  • 200 g peeled shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


How to Make :

  • Heat the olive oil, saute onion until fragrant
  • Enter cotton shrimp, cook until change of color
  • Put tomato, plum, barbeque sauce, salt and peppercorns. Mix well
  • Add the spaghetti and chopped parsley.
  • Stir well and cook until the spices seep
  • Pour the lemon juice, stirring sebentara, lift
  • Pour into dish, sprinkle with grated cheese to taste
  • Serve
