Material :
- Peanut Lentil 200g
- Water 1 liter
- Bouillon powder 1 tsp
- 3 pieces tomatoes, discard the contents, chopped
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- Carrots 1 fruit, peeled, chopped
- 1 green apple fruit, peeled, chopped
- 100 g peas
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Barbeque sauce 65 ml
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
How to Make :
- Boil water, put the broth and lentils peanut powder
- Cook over low heat for 20 minutes
- Heat the olive oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant and wilted, lift
- Enter the boiling lentils and stir
- Add the tomatoes, apples, onions, carrots, peas, barbeque sauce, and paprika powder
- Cook over low heat for 20 minutes
- Enter the pepper powder and salt to taste, mix well
- Cook until the spices sink, lift
- Pour the soup into bowls
- Serve warm
