Klepon Ubi ( Klepon Ubi )



Material :

  • 300 g of yellow yam, steamed, crushed
  • 85 g sago flour
  • Salt 1 / 2 tsp
  • 30 ml warm water
  • 100 g blueberries, ready to buy
  • Water 1 liter


Sheathing :

  • 200 g coconut, peeled, grated
  • Pandan leaves 1 sheet, made a knot
  • Salt 1 / 4 tsp


How to Make :

  • Coating: Mix together all ingredients, steam for 15 minutes. Lift, set aside
  • Knead cassava, sago flour, salt and yellow pawarna until well blended and pure
  • Take a little sweet dough, put peanut butter and blueberries rounded enough
  • Boil water, insert klepon, boiled until cooked and floating
  • Lift, drain
  • Roll klepon in sheathing
  • Serve
