Black Sticky Rice Klepon ( Klepon Ketan Hitam )



Material :

  • Black glutinous rice flour 150 g
  • White rice flour 100 g
  • White rice flour 50 g
  • 200 ml warm water
  • Water 2 tsp whiting
  • 1 piece of pandanus leaf, make a knot
  • Coconut 1 / 2 eggs, peeled and grated
  • Salt 1 / 4 tsp
  • Water 1 liter


Material contents :

  • Green beans 150 g peeled, boiled, crushed
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g granulated sugar

How to Make :
