Fresh Ice Mengkudu ( Es Mengkudu Segar )

Material :

• 1 kg ripe Noni, wash clean
• 125 g galangal, peeled and thinly sliced
• 175 g granulated sugar
• Shaved red sugar 100 g
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 4 liters of water
• Ice cubes to taste

How to Make :

• Mengkudu and galangal blender until smooth and well blended
• Add all ingredients except ice cubes and water mixture mengkudu galangal
• Boil until boiling, lift
• Strain the drink and chill. Pour into a glass, add ice cubes to taste
• Serve

Serves: 20 cups
