Tengkleng Cook Oxtail ( Buntut Masak Tengkleng )



Materials :

  • Oxtail 500 g, washed
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • 1 bay leaf sheet
  • 2 pieces of orange leaves
  • 2 cm cinnamon
  • Cloves 3 seeds
  • Nutmeg 1 / 4 seeds, grated
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 100 ml coconut milk


Subtle seasoning :

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Onion 5 eggs
  • 3 cm fresh turmeric
  • 3 pecan grain toast


Material sauce :

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Red chili 2 pieces
  • 5 grains cayenne
  • Fried shrimp paste 1 / 2 tsp


How to make :

  • Wash, cut into pieces in a medium
  • Presto for 30 minutes, remove, set aside
  • Heat oil and saute finely seasoning ginger, galangal, bay leaves, lime leaves, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg smooth, and lemongrass until fragrant
