Tofu Pong with Shrimp Panir ( Tahu Pong Isi Udang Panir )



Material :
  • Pong Tofu (Tofu Sumedang) 12 pieces
  • 200 g minced chicken
  • 12 peeled shrimp tails
  • 100 g flour PANIR
  • 2 chicken egg
  • 450 ml cooking oil
  • Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 / 2 tsp
  • broth powder 1 / 4 tsp
  • 1 teaspoon chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped, sauteed


How to Make :

  • Combine chopped chicken, salt, pepper powder, bouillon powder, chopped celery and garlic
  • Saute until well blended
  • Add an egg, stir again until well blended
  • Punch a hole in part out, then fill the dough chicken, make it solid
  • Plug in a shrimp peeled, then roll in beaten eggs to mix
  • Jerky with PANIR to mix flour and fry until the color brown
  • Lift, drain
  • Bangkok Serve with chili sauce, ketchup or mayonnaise
