Cheese Peanut Dumplings ( Pangsit Kacang Keju )



Leather :

  • 30 pieces of dumpling skin, ready to use
  • 1 egg white grains
  • 500 ml cooking oil


Material contents :

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 25 g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon powdered milk
  • 100 g nuts, toasted, chopped
  • Chili powder 1 / 4 tsp

  • 2 eggs yolk


How to Make :

  • Mix cream cheese, milk powder and egg yolk
  • Beat until smooth and well blended
  • Add chili powder, cheddar cheese and chili sauce

  • Fry dumplings until cooked and brown color
  • Lift, drain
