Material :
- Middle protein flour 350 g
- 50 grams powdered sugar
- 125 g margarine
- 200 g cheddar cheese
- Water 125 ml
- vanilla powder 1 / 2 tsp
- Salt 1 / 4 tsp
- 600 ml cooking oil
How to Make :
- Cut cheese sticks of small size, set aside
- Mix the flour, sugar, salt, vanilla powder and margarine. Mix well

- Roll dough until thin (use a noodle machine or rolling pin) until the thickness of 2.5 mm

- Fry until browned and cooked
- Lift, drain
