Molen Mini Cheese ( Molen Mini Isi Keju )



Material :

  • Middle protein flour 350 g
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 125 g margarine
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • Water 125 ml
  • vanilla powder 1 / 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 / 4 tsp
  • 600 ml cooking oil


How to Make :

  • Cut cheese sticks of small size, set aside
  • Mix the flour, sugar, salt, vanilla powder and margarine. Mix well
  • Pour a little water while knead until dough is smooth and dull
  • Roll dough until thin (use a noodle machine or rolling pin) until the thickness of 2.5 mm
  • Cut the dough that had been diluted as wide as 1 1 / 2 cm so that the form of long ribbons
  • Wrap a piece of dough on each piece of leather closed flat cheese
  • Apply to consumables
  • Fry until browned and cooked
  • Lift, drain


Serves : 50 pieces
