Material :
- 100 g brown sugar, finely comb
- 25 g sugar
- 175 ml warm water
- Water 1 liter
- White rice flour 200 g, sifted
- 150 g of steamed potatoes, steamed, peeled, crushed

- Green food coloring to taste
Topping :
- 200 g grated coconut
- Salt 1 / 2 tsp

How to make:
- Topping: mix all ingredients, steam for 20 minutes. Lift, set aside
