Yams Klepon ( Klepon SIngkong )


Material :

  • Yams peeled 650 g, broiled, mashed
  • 60 g corn starch
  • Salt 1 / 2 tsp
  • Pink food coloring to taste
  • 75 ml warm water
  • 1 liter of water


Material contents :

  • 125 g brown sugar, shaved
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds, toasted


Lining material :

  • Coconut 1 point, peeled, grated
  • Salt 1 / 2 tsp
  • 1 pandan leaf blade, conclude


Method :

  • Glaze: Stir the coconut, salt and pandan leaves, steamed 15 minutes until cooked
  • Remove, set aside
  • Mix and knead cassava, sago flour, salt, dye pink and warm water in small increments until the average
