Baking Ingredients
- Instant yeast 1 tbsp
- Warm water 350 ml
- Wheat Flour 500 ml
- A little salt
Topping Ingredients
- Sweet and sour sauce to taste
- Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- 1 avocado fruit
- 3 pieces of bacon, sliced
- 150 g cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 50 g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
How to Make:
- Bread: Combine yeast and warm water, stir, let stand for 5 minutes then capur with flour. Stir until the dough is smooth. Get hold of the dough, let stand for 90 minutes until fluffy.
- Dough deflated, thinned, place in pan pizza. Brush the sweet and sour sauce and add the avocado, tomato, bacon, and cheese topping.
- Drizzle virgin olive oil, and bake until cooked.
- Lift and serve.
