Avocado Pizza ( Pizza Alpukat )


Baking Ingredients

  • Instant yeast 1 tbsp
  • Warm water 350 ml
  • Wheat Flour 500 ml
  • A little salt


Topping Ingredients

  • Sweet and sour sauce to taste
  • Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • 1 avocado fruit
  • 3 pieces of bacon, sliced
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced


How to Make:

  • Bread: Combine yeast and warm water, stir, let stand for 5 minutes then capur with flour. Stir until the dough is smooth. Get hold of the dough, let stand for 90 minutes until fluffy.
  • Dough deflated, thinned, place in pan pizza. Brush the sweet and sour sauce and add the avocado, tomato, bacon, and cheese topping.
  • Drizzle virgin olive oil, and bake until cooked.
  • Lift and serve.


Serves: 12 pieces
