Material :
- 1 kg ripe Noni, wash clean
- 125 g galangal, peeled and thinly sliced
- 175 g granulated sugar
- Shaved red sugar 100 g
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 liters of water
- Ice cubes to taste
How to Make :
- Mengkudu and galangal blender until smooth and well blended
- Add all ingredients except ice cubes and water mixture mengkudu galangal
- Boil until boiling, lift
- Strain the drink and chill. Pour into a glass, add ice cubes to taste
- Serve
