Lentil Bean Soup ( Soup Kacang Lentil )



Material :

  • Peanut Lentil 200g
  • Water 1 liter
  • Bouillon powder 1 tsp
  • 3 pieces tomatoes, discard the contents, chopped
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • Carrots 1 fruit, peeled, chopped
  • 1 green apple fruit, peeled, chopped
  • 100 g peas
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Barbeque sauce 65 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste


How to Make :

  • Boil water, put the broth and lentils peanut powder
  • Cook over low heat for 20 minutes
  • Heat the olive oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant and wilted, lift
  • Enter the boiling lentils and stir
  • Add the tomatoes, apples, onions, carrots, peas, barbeque sauce, and paprika powder
  • Cook over low heat for 20 minutes
  • Enter the pepper powder and salt to taste, mix well
  • Cook until the spices sink, lift
  • Pour the soup into bowls
  • Serve warm
